在看过去所有的马龙给我的email，找到这个关于小组治疗的，贴给大家：

Actually the first meeting with the group didn't work so fine. No problem: we have only to see what we can do to make it work really.

The main problem is about the translation. A group therapy session is not a normal conversation. Even less it is an exchange of information. It is an exchange of emotions, feelings, that can bring us to the depth of one's problems or experiences. So, we need to have a real contact, almost as if we were in the same room. This is possible only when the translation is very good. The translator must be very fast and must translate all the words that are pronunciated by the mebers of the group: all the words, not only their general meaning. We need to feel the emotional sense of all our words, their nuances.

  An important rule of group therapy is that the people who are not directly interested in what is said by anyone don't leave the room. If they do so, they can't be involved in the interaction of all the group, and even after many session no real group behavior could develop.

I am very sad for the people who left the group. I think that it is important to try to make them change their mind. I think so for two reasons: 1) I feel a responsibility for them as they trusted in the chance that the group offered them. They didn't find what they were looking for (because of the difficulties above), but they can find it in a next future; 2) In fact, their reaction is already a product of our therapy work. They shall find a great profit in sharing it with the group and the therapist (me). The solution to problems doesn't follow an usual path, a path that people could foresee. If it were so, they could find the solution of their problems by themselves, and, actually, they don't succeed in doing so. So, they have to realize that the solution of their problems comes from experiences that they can't imagine.

Anyway, next time we'll have a supervision work, that is easier in the actual condition.

试一下有心理系专业的大学的博士硕士之类的，广州离香港近，估计好找的。不是学心理学专业的翻译，有时候会不理解马龙说的意思，就是说他们听得懂每个词，但是不能理解，翻译也会感觉隔了点什么....

我现在对参加工作坊会比较谨慎的，不像以前了。

前不久，我去拜访老朋友，人家从不参加花钱的工作坊，多方面学习相结合，状态很好。我准备向她学习。

    马龙在罗马，和国内的人做治疗时，用skype. 小组治疗一般是这些人聚在一个有电脑能用skype地方，再加翻译。

深圳的治疗小组已经正式开始了，重新看了爱姐姐的这个帖子，有些感觉和之前不太一样了，的确，有时候能把自己的问题在小组里说出来，哪怕马龙没有一下子给到具体的解决办法，小组成员互相讨论，都会有意想不到的收获
